What factors are those? Antibodies. Which antibodies? IgG. Are there IgG
antibodies in the milk? Yes, but only in tiny amounts, they wouldn't be
specifically antiplatelet antibodies, and most of them would be destroyed in
the gut or pooped out. They don't get absorbed. Of course the mother can
and should breastfeed.
