Re: the mom's breast that grew strep but not enough to cause infection. If I
were her I would try eating 2-3 cloves of minced garlic a day. It makes the
milk taste better to the baby, is a natural antibiotic and is supposedly good
for yeast as well. It seems like weak advice but for the first time in many
years I am able to get through chronic sinus infections without needing
antibiotics every time, by eating garlic. And not overly cooked but warmed up
in the food.
