I find this idea somewhat confusing.  I have seldom seen a woman with large
breasts that had small areolas.  In my mind, you would need to cut at least
a 2" hole at the end of a bra.  Also, would it not be very uncomfortable for
the edge of the fabric to be cutting into the breast?  Is it  your
experience that this works better than a well-fitted nursing bra, for
supporting the breast?
