I'm looking for specific people to contact who can give me information about
large-scale media campaigns to promote breastfeeding.  I remember seeing
billboards in Mississippi -- and I vaguely remember hearing about a
USDA/WIC/Wellstart (???) promotional campaign, but can't remember what all
it includes.  If anyone knows what I'm talking about, and who to contact to
find out more, please let me know.  I am in a position to help get materials
like this put into use, but I need to know the sources of TV ads, radio ads,
billboards, bus placards, etc., as the people who would do this do not want
to reinvent the wheel.  I could not find anything on the internet about
Wellstart -- did they change their name?
