Some of you are old enough ( in Lactation years) to remember seeing
presentations about the dangers of formula where they showed hills (I think
in Africa) of places where children who died that had been given formula. 
As the tradition was to place items that were meaningful to the baby next
to them, there were bottles all over the hills.  

Does anyone remember this slide?  If so, do you know where I could get a
copy?
