Hello,
i saw the post about trying cayenne for migraines. As a migraine sufferer, I
had heard about this on LACTNET about two years ago. I tried it a few times,
it did help me once. Since then, I have experimented with 500 mg of
magnesium per day and increasing my water intake to 8-10 glasses per day. My
migraines are still coming at the time they usually do (during my cycle), but
are much less intense and go away faster.
