Sugar in the stools means that the sugar is not digested (actually the test
tests for reducing substances, which are not necessarily sugar).  If the
baby is better, why bother with the test?

This is a perfect example of "Symptom?  Here is the standard solution,
sacrifice the breastfeeding".  But something else worked didn't it?  And
didn't sacrifice the breastfeeding.  This just kills me.
