Not having anything to go by but my gut (bowel?) feeling, I would like to
know if this baby has developed anal fissures as a result of hard stools, or
if he in any way seems bothered by his bowel function. If not, and he is
thriving, then I can't see why it matters to anyone else how often he poops.
Betcha anything the pediatrician won't be making unannounced home visits to
count soiled diapers and check whether mother is disclosing the true
frequency. So she can tell the ped whatever the ped wants to hear.
This represents my humble opinion, no research to support it.

where the evening news showed the US arrival of the young woman from
Mozambique who gave birth in a tree April 1 during the flood, and it really
looked like she was about to 'flap her breast' and feed her beautiful
daughter on the podium of the college or univ. who had invited her to come.
Film was cut there so I'll never know. Drat those US camerafolk!
