For my master's thesis, I am doing an expanded study of primary insufficient
milk supply syndrome.  While much of my research has focused on polycystic
ovary syndrome, the questionnaire I am distributing is not limited to moms
diagnosed with PCOS;  I am looking for any cases of unexplained primary milk
supply failure that have been followed and documented by an IBCLC.  If you
would be interested in participating, please email me and I can email the
questionnaire and consent form as .pdf files. I can also snail-mail or fax
if necessary.  This questionnaire will also be posted to the PCOS info and
support website shortly, where it will be downloadable.

Thanks to any and all willing to help me in this research. I'm hoping to
glean some useful information for all of us.
