A client called today to say that her baby's and her yeast problem is
resolved.  She was mad though, because she spent $75 on diflucan for the
two of them, and the thing that finally resolved the problem was a $5
bottle of gentian violet and an ounce of APNO.

I also have had a number of mothers who say that Nystatin causes their
babies painful gas, while not doing anything to resolve the yeast
overgrowth.  I wonder if the fact that it isn't effective against yeast and
that it is loaded with sugar, just makes it a "yeast feast."
