I, too, have learned to expect such calls after Thanksgiving.  If a mother
has a bountiful supply, there is no problem, but if a mother has had any
history of supply problems (which many of my clients call with) then they
are vulnerable to the effects of sage in the stuffing and dressing.

Thank you for the reminder.  I will call my recent clients who have just
reached adequate milk supplies and advise them to have that herbal
galactagogue ready.
