Dear Jennifer, I understand where you are coming from, however it would
simply be a place to start on an "admittedly" skewed population. In NJ we
have had an electronic birth certificate for several years. Parents sign
agreement to participate. I know this is tracking method of feeding at
birth when birth cert info turned in. (I know big brother is watching, but
.....)
In the grand scheme of things I just can't imagine how we would track BF at
birth, 2 mo, 4 mo, 6 mo, 9 mo, 1 yr etc. except in small parts of the
population here and there. Recall at any later point is notoriously skewed.
