I have looked this up in Dr. Hale's book and not found anything, so I am
coming to all of you for information.  After teaching my BF class on
Monday night a mom came up to me with her rare condition.  She
essentially has no immune system (as I understood what she explained) and
is getting Gammimmune N, IV Ig, 40g/21 days.  She wants to know what
immunities she will pass on to her baby/or will she pass any?, will her
dosage have to be adjusted after the baby's birth as a result of
immunities hopefully passing through her milk?  She related that this is
rare and is usually found in children.  She does not have HIV.  What can
anyone tell me to pass on to this mom?
