Can you  nurse with your seat belt on?

recently had a mom who  had taken baby out of car seat to nurse.  Mom  had
her seat belt on.  Driver had an accident.  Baby had a bad bump on head -
could have been tragic. I've also  heard of moms contorting themselves to
nurse baby in car seat, without mom's seat belt on. In one instance near
me, mom and nursing baby  died in accident :-(   I think we need to  tell
parents, if baby needs to nurse you MUST park the car!  Sincerely, Pat in
