I've been contacted by a mom who is trying to conceive (where have we
heard this before?) and is being encouraged to wean her 2 1/2 year old
because the doctor says "that the prolactin levels from nursing are
probably keeping an egg from being implanted". This was a phone message
so I'm planning to call her back but something in the back of my mind
says that prolactin levels aren't the culprit here. I don't believe she
needs to quit nursing to conceive but I have many other questions to ask
her first. Like did she need fertility tx to conceive this baby? and
others.
Any other ideas to ask about?
