Hi Jennifer, I may be missing/ repeating something here as I missed your
initial post(s) on this. If we were to view this from the perspective of our
recent journal club (JHL) article on systemic antibiotic treatment for sore
nipples, then we would obviously be treating this Mom with systemic
antibiotics. Has this been tried? If not I would definitely try them at this
point along with APNO.
As a nutritional aside I would consider this Mom's protein status.
