Well, I wouldn't say the babies were getting adequate nutrition even with
WIC formula -- would any of us really say that and mean it?

I wish there were an easy solution and that all babies could get breast
milk.  I wish that people didn't give their babies all sorts of garbage in
their bottles, ranging from Coca-cola to sweetened iced tea, to Sunny
Delight, to alcoholic beverages.  Lots of people do that, and it isn't just
the WIC moms, noooooooooooo, not by a long shot.
