This certainly lies behind much of the Ezzos' thinking. In Babywise,
one of the rationales - in fact the major rationale - behind getting
the baby to feed according to a schedule and not through the night at
all is the idea that not doing so harms the marriage. The emphasis on
sex is not spelled out graphically, but this is what they mean.
