I'd think that a first question would be what ARE her prolactin levels?
Nursing a 2.5 year old I wouldn't expect them to be all that high. But if
they were, on testing, I guess that, as others have written, maybe that could
have an influence on secondary infertility, especially if other things in the
second half of her cycle were borderline or dicey.
If her levels really are high maybe she could try cutting back on night
nursing, which seems to affect prolactin more, and leave the daytime feeds
alone.
