You can also add in a great bit about the body in very early
pregnancy, which just assumes you're going to breastfeed -  almost
from the very moment of conception, as many women know when they feel
breast changes *before* they miss a period.  The Montgomery's
tubercules becoming more obvious are another very early sign of all
this wonderful getting-ready-for-breastfeeding activity.
