Disease)?  This is worth a complaint to the state licensing board.

This is not unlike the *many* pediatricians who refuse to treat children
whose parents choose not to vaccinate. I have also seen ob's refuse to care
for women who want birth plans or labor support. I only see this kind of
behavior in areas which   affect mothering choices.
