Has anyone heard of a mother complaining of extremely sore breasts with the use of Reglan?  I have a mom with hx of low milk supply that is trying the Reglan.  She tells me that after 4 days of 10mg/4x a day she experienced very sore breasts and when she pumped she had less milk than before she was on the Reglan.  I am wondering if the lower milk supply had more to do with the discomfort and letting down than an actual less supply.  If she is told that this is transient and if she rides it out, her milk supply will increase and the soreness will subside, she will be willing to continue, otherwise she is going to stick to the Fenugreek. At this point baby is 5 weeks old and will not latch to breast.  She is a trooper and is trying at each feed.
