So, I dont feel I am experienced enough to say what is a high palette or not.
I was going to refer them to a local pediadont - he should know. So then if
this is the case then what?

Lastly, please excuse my ignorance, but what exactly is cranial-sacral
therapy? These folks are lovely but I can see them wince even when I
mentioned co-bathing earlier.
