If this mom is using stores of previously frozen breastmilk for her rare
feedings, she could be reintroducing the bad yeasties to her baby's system
and to her own. "...milk expressed during a thrush outbreak should not be
saved and frozen. Freezing deactivates yeast but does not kill it (Rosa
1990)" (Breastfeeding Answer Book, page 406)
Also, BAB mentions twenty minutes of boiling for pacis/bottle nipples. Does
the mom also boil pump parts?
