I've used Diflucan for cases of visable oral thrush with maternal symptoms
of burning when topical meds fail.
I ve also used it in cases of moms who describe burning pain into the
breast.
I dose it for the baby at  6mg/kd for day one and 3mg/kg day 2 to 14.
For mom 200mg day one and 100mg/day for day 2 to 14.
Sometimes I dose mom at 150mg / day because that the size of the samples.
