Kathy,
I like using the algorithm Jack Newman described in the JHL.  Jack, I was
surprised you did not mention this.  I am not sure which issue it is in,
maybe someone can help me there.
I find it very helpful for the first 24-48 hours.  Seeing some guidelines may
reduce their panic buttons.  TIME and PATIENCE need to be emphasized more and
practiced.
