This topic has been discussed a number of times on Lactnet, and you can find
plenty of information if you search the archives.  The link for Lactnet
archives is in the opening message of every digest, and it you type
"multiple sclerosis and breastfeeding" in the first search box, it will come
up with a list of posts, many of which should answer your questions about MS
and breastfeeding.

The gist of what is said seems to be that it is fine to breastfeed while
taking the meds you mentioned.  Sounds to me like a bad case of trying to
sacrifice breastfeeding on the altar of ignorance.
