For those who are open to herbs, the following work great for hot flashes,
insomnia and night sweats:
vitex/chaste tree
wild yam
red raspberry
If these do not help, then the addition of dong quai and black cohosh. I
reserve these two because they are more likely to cause problems in the
baby.
