Hi again.

Does anyone remember reading an article about training women to work with
breastfeeding Moms in South America-it was a study and I thought maybe it
had been in JHL.

My Nurse Manager is very interested in this. I am as well but am concerned
about 2 things: 1. Who will train the moms and will they stay within the
limits of their knowledge 2.Since my Boss basically thinks that all I do is
hold Moms hands all day (not that I dont love doing that, the support is
very important), will I get canned because "most of your job is just support".

What has been your experience with this? And yes, I refer moms to our local
LLL all the time.
