Thank you all for your input,I talked with the mother who says the breath is
very fruity not like the regular sweet breathe, she is an experienced
breastfeeder nursed 2 others long term.Baby is nursing frequently and is
wetting and pooping copiously.Mother feels something is amiss and is seeing
the physician tomorrow to see if anything is picked up. She is seeing a
chiropractor for her back but the back and throat pains continue, now to add
to it a wee lump where the nipple meets the areola has appeared which is
extremely painful, she had this with her last child and it stayed a year till
she weaned and then went away only to return now,Heat, massage rotating
positions etc all to no avail.boy what a frustration,She is not usually a
worrier I have known her throughout her breastfeeding experiences with her
other children, any thoughts on the lump ,possibly a blocked cyst or duct but
nothing she does reduces it,After experiencing the pain for a year last time
she is disturbed but not daunted at having it back again, thanks again for
all your viewpoints it helps to think about them all
