I'm pretty sure that quote can be attributed to Dr. James Akre from
UNICEF. I am looking for my copy of the WHO publication "the physiologic
basis of infant feeding" which I think is where it may have been first
printed. I also have seen it in the UCLA notebook, which I don't have
here either. If someone else knows another source, please share.
