I have a client who is giving it a try.  I'll let you know how it works.

I did my usual test with water and found that it did have a slow flow and
the soft "bottle" enabled me to draw the teat far into my mouth so that I
could compress the "areola."

But little Rose will tell us if it really works like a breast in delivery
of milk.
