Hi Everyone,
A friend and I were discussing menopause and she was telling me that
she supplements her diet with soya milk powder to keep "hot flushes" at bay.
I was thinking about this - would it be feasible to use it in a mother with
an overabundant milk supply? She does not use HRT. Has anyone
tried this?
