Beautiful post Vicki!
>How could we teach our young people to trust their bodies in the beginning,
I wonder?
By *listening* to our children, and believing them when they say they are
hungry, or tired, or bored, or lonely, or need to nurse -- by teaching them
that *we* trust their bodies. I think parents who schedule feed and insist
that children sleep alone and through the night teach their children not to
trust their bodies, their feelings, their instincts.
