Add me to the list of devotees!  Great book.  I got it last night and read
it cover to cover in one sitting.  I am relatively new as a bfing  helper
and have read only maybe 5or 6 bf books but I think I learned more from
Jack's book than all the others put together.  Thank You Dr. Newman.
