Does anyone have any ideas about what causes these changes?  One student is
facing weaning because she has a shcolarship in voice and can't resume her
studies in the fall with her voice as it is.

What makes her think these changes are not permanent? What if she weans the
baby and her voice "does not return"? Just wondering if she considered this
possibility.
