yes, Annelies...I sometimes tell mothers you won't get it right all
the time...sometimes you'll think the baby's finished, and he isn't,
sometimes you'll think he wants the other side and he doesn't....it's
a learning time for the baby, for the mother and for the two of them
together.

Mothers want to know how they will *know* what their baby wants and when.

But it takes time for that synchronisation to happen....we have to
help them not search for perfection from the start.
