You are right! You can't make everybody happy though.
This lady went from place to place seeking a quick fix and didn't find it
anywhere. I would handle it just like you did saying that I always strive to
preserve the breast function, minimize chances of mastitis, breast damage,
etc. First, do no harm.
You can tell I am experiencing some burnout, because I have started saying
to the nurses and others who rudely challenge me, that they can grab anyone
in the hospital on the day I am there, and I'll bet them $100 that I know
more about bf than that person. And I am usually humble, but I am getting
away from that! :).
