used this for yeast and how effective was it if used? This Mom stated it
works well for her at one dose per day.

Grapefruit seed extract is a powerful antifungal. It is safe for the mother
to take and is used frequently by naturopaths to treat yeast. I have seen it
work when nothing else would, esp for systemic conditions. It is, in my
experience, always used with psyllium husk capsules and a lot of water to rid
the body of yeast die-off. Otherwise, many people experience gas, bloating
and cramping from the dying yeast.
