If the potential for contamination is so high and there is no way to
adequately clean the pump, it seems to me that we should *not* be
recommending that any mother buy this pump.  Contamination is
contamination, and if the risk is so great, why would a mother want to risk
bacterial contamination that grew on her own milk?

I personally feel that Medela is wanting to sell pumps, and plays up this
contamination issue to keep people from passing along a pump.  But, if the
thing is so risky for harm, we should boycot the Pump In Style until they
can make it safer.

Is this contamination risk in the Pump In Style evidenced based?
