Right on, Diane!!  I can certainly tell you that of my five, the only one
who nursed only 5-7 times a day at five months is the one I weaned at a
year!  Twenty-six years ago, that seemed like a long time.  All of the
others nursed 3-5 years and all nursed much more than 5 times a day at 5
months...and at a year...and at 18 months, and so on!
