Ok Folks. I am going to be a bit testy here. Instructions on going nomail
were given :

1. in the introductary welcome note
2. at the top of each digest, assuming you get digest format
3. YESTERDAY in the digests, by me.

OK. Here it is once again...but I am starting to lose it.

To GO NOMAIL

send email to [log in to unmask]
that reads Set Lactnet nomail

DON'T send

GO NOMAIL, etc, messages to the [log in to unmask] address, as
this does nothing except get you this type of response from me. : )
