Looking back at Danny's summary of the study, I see that he has a query
here. Sorry, this wasn't clear. I think there were two mothers with mastitis
who were expressing b/c baby was unable to breastfeed: one prem baby in NICU
and one very sick baby "not expected to live" according to notes (this is
from my memory, I could check if necessary). I would expect that the
expressed milk was still fed to the baby in NICU if oral feeds were
tolerated (the notes were not very detailed).
