I'm reading the thread on epidurals on BF, and I'm wondering if there has
been any comparision studies done on BF rates and epidural duration or
doses. I'd particularly like to know if anyone has looked into epidural use
post c/section. Here in sunny Perth, where I work, we routinely leave
epidurals in for 3 days post C/S with patient controlled epidural analgaesia
attached. Is it the doses before or after delivery that have more effect?
