That was the sound of me pulling my foot out of my mouth regarding "you
can't remove the entire pituitary gland from a living person" comment.
sigh, just we I think I'm sure enough about something not to research it
before I post it... sigh (can you tell I hate crow?)
I just got off of the phone with a friend in endocrinology who set me
straight. She works with peds only so does not know about prolactin
replacement, but is checking for me. When I hear back I'll let you
know.
Promise: No more un-researched replies, it's too embarrassing!
