I was not commenting on this particular case, but rather on the "cases" I
have seen when bottles, cereal etc were *not* an issue and yet the mother
was noticing a real decrease in her milk supply and the baby was fussy
unhappy and in some cases even losing weight even though he was on the
breast much of the time.
