     A client of mine has been experiencing delayed letdown and sometimes no
letdown for a few hours since starting Zoloft for PPD.  Has anyone else seen
this? This is her third child and she says that she had similar problems with
letdown before while on another antidepressant and quit. Search of the
archives was unsuccessful.
