Dr. Newman-

I have a question on the topic of taking estrogen while breastfeeding.  I have had many a mother, as well as myself, complain about the fact that they have absolutely no sex drive at all while breastfeeding.  Other than lack of sleep the only thing that I can come up with is that they lack estrogen and that this could be leading to the decrease in sex drive.  By taking the estrogen could this issue be put to rest for these women?  And how much would it hurt a very well established milk supply???
