This sounds like a case where switch nursing may be useful.  I'd advise her
to switch when the swallowing really slows.  She may want to use each side
2x per feeding to   get hind milk and stim supply.  Orig. I believe switch
nursing was suggested for decreased supply.  It becomes a problem in a mom
who has oversupply.  Baby just keeps getting more foremilk and acts less
