The other day a good friend and I went to a well-known chocolate shop for
some  ice-cream----chocolate of course!

I picked up a box of chocolates while I was waiting and read the ingredients.
 Lecithin was one.  I figured maybe the reason I have never had plugged ducts
is due to all the chocolate I eat.

Just a thought.
